  • What are the hours of operation?

    Anchorage 7:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Monday through Friday
    Fairbanks 7:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.  Monday through Friday
  • Do I need an appointment?

    Yes. Appointments are necessary during normal business hours. We also accept walk-in appointments at the hours below.
    By Appointment Mon - Fri: 7:30 a.m. – 6:30 p.m

    Walk-in Appointments* Mon - Fri: 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

    *If you have COVID-like symptoms, please call the clinic when you arrive and we will advise when to come in.

  • Can everyone in my family use the Coalition Health Center?

    Eligible members and their eligible dependents have access to the Coalition Health Center. Contact your health plan to verify eligibility.
  • What kind of services can I receive at the Coalition Health Center?

    • Treatment for common non-work related injuries and acute/episodic illnesses, including symptom relief, diagnostic tests, laboratory services, care coordination, and specialist referrals
    • Preventive care services, including wellness visits, physicals, immunizations, flu shots, and lab tests
    • Prescription medication dispensary
    • Chronic condition management

  • Can the Coalition Health Center help me with the screening, treatment, or management of my chronic condition(s), like diabetes or high cholesterol?

    Yes. We can also help support lifestyle changes, such as weight management, physical activity, or nutrition.
  • What is the minimum patient age?

    Anchorage Five years old and up
    Fairbanks Two years old and up
